  • So today I caught up with this super woman, @michelineandrews health and lifestyle mentor, author of bone broth basics and creator of @culture_clean .⠀ .⠀ We chatted about how to make tasty nutritious bone broth (i.e broth that doesn’t taste like fatty water), the importance of using good quality bones and how to get the most out of it to boost your immunity.
